The fabric in this description is Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Athens, featuring an artistic style and vectorized pattern print of multicolored sunflowers. This design evokes a sense of harmony and vitality, making it a choice for fashion garments such as dresses, tops, cardigans, and accessories like scarves or foulards. Solid colors that could complement this print are shades of yellow, green, and orange. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric is soft to the touch and elastic thanks to its composition of polyester, acrylic, and elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Regarding the printed design, it has a soft and crisp texture due to the sublimation technology used in its manufacturing.
Regarding applications and uses, in addition to fashion clothing as mentioned above, it can also be used for making home textiles such as blankets, napkins, and lingerie items like pajamas or childrens clothing.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Dry cleaning is possible, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing at a low temperature. It is not suitable for tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from a solid state to a vapor and then back to a solid state on the fabric using a heat and pressure source. This process allows the ink to embed itself in the fabric fibers and remain there without losing quality or resistance to use and washing.
