The Velvet Corduroy - Dublin is a fabric composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. Its texture is soft and its appearance is bright, making it very pleasant to the touch against the skin. Its printed design features an abstract style with spiral shapes, digitally printed on one side in multicolor. This fabric is ideal for upholstering chairs, armchairs, sofas, making trousers and overshirts, decorating outdoor spaces such as cushions, baskets, or for home use for cushions in the kitchen, bedroom, and living room, jackets, blazers, blousons, vests, bags, and backpacks. Its main colors are multicolor, so it combines very well with solid colors such as black, green, dark blue, and purple.
The Velvet Corduroy - Dublin has general characteristics that make it very versatile and useful for various applications and uses. It is a resistant, durable fabric, with sufficient weight and thickness to withstand wear and tear and friction from daily use. Additionally, its soft and velvety texture makes it very comfortable. On the other hand, its abstract printed design gives it a modern and sophisticated touch, making it perfect for decorating both classic and modern environments.
Regarding applications and uses, we have already mentioned some of the most common. This fabric is ideal for upholstering furniture, making clothing or fashion accessories, as well as for decorating interiors and exteriors. Its versatility and resistance make it suitable for various applications.
It is important to keep in mind some care instructions for this fabric. It should not be bleached, and its maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning with trichloroethylene but does allow dry cleaning with other products. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from paper to fabric using heat and pressure. This process allows for the printing of complex designs with a great amount of detail, with a wide range of colors and a high-quality final result.
