The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal, weighing 230 gr/m2, is a stretchy and durable textile composed of 75% recycled polyester and 25% elastane. Its printed design features sky and cloud vector patterns in sky blue, gulf blue, and cotton white tones. This design symbolizes the freedom and serenity experienced in the sky. It can also be combined with solid colors such as white, dark blue, or turquoise to achieve an elegant and fresh look. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, making it ideal for crafting high-quality lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear. Additionally, its chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection make it resilient to external agents, ensuring that the color and quality of the fabric are maintained over time. In turn, the applications of this fabric are highly versatile, allowing its use in a wide variety of garments.
To preserve the quality of the fabric, certain washing care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching, not dry cleaning, and not tumble drying. Furthermore, it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature to avoid deteriorating the fabrics quality.
The printing technology used for manufacturing this fabric is sublimation. This technique involves printing designs onto transfer paper and transferring them to the fabric using heat, causing the pigments to sublimate into the textile. Sublimation allows for high-quality and highly durable designs, while also ensuring the preservation of the fabrics elasticity.
