Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm

The base fabric is a fine water-repellent fabric called Storm, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its application is wide and can be used for fashion garments such as jackets or blousons, as well as for shower curtains and sportswear such as raincoats and jackets. It is ideal for winter use and its printing technology is sublimation (polyester).

The printed design of this fabric features a folkloric and decorative style with elements of nature such as plants and stylized floral petals in main colors of dark carnation pink, cotton white, and light pink. It would perfectly combine with other plain colors such as black, gray, and different shades of pink.

The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the design is only on one side of the fabric.

Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric has a waterproof and water-repellent finish and a thin, smooth texture to the touch. On the other hand, the design has a strong symbolic and aesthetic component, capturing the beauty of nature in its different elements.

Storm fabric is ideal for the applications mentioned above, being very useful especially in clothing such as jackets or raincoats since its water-repellent capacity makes it very practical in humid climates. It is also perfect for shower curtains, as its waterproof property will prevent bathrooms from getting wet.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the garment and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It does not allow dry cleaning or tumble drying, and should be ironed at a cold temperature.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which uses a thermal transfer technique where the ink sublimates to fuse with the fabric fibers, thus creating a permanent design resistant to washing and use.
