The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a tweed fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printing technology used in its design is sublimation (polyester). The printed design is characterized by being pictorial, simple, and colorful, with both an artistic and home decor style. The main colors are multicolor, allowing for combinations with solid colors such as black, red, brown, or beige.
The fabrics texture is stiff to the touch, making it a resistant and durable fabric. The printed design is single-sided by digital textile printing, which gives it a truly attractive and elegant visual appearance. Its applications range from womens and mens fashion, such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, and bomber jackets/vests. It is also suitable for home textiles, such as living room, bedroom, and kitchen cushions, and for outdoor use.
Regarding care, bleaching should be avoided, and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. Although dry cleaning is recommended, the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. It should not be tumble dried.
Finally, it is worth noting that the printing technology used in its manufacturing is sublimation on a polyester fabric. This process consists of applying heat and pressure to sublimation inks, thus transferring them to the fabric and permanently fixing them. This allows for a design with greater sharpness and durability, without the printed design being damaged over time and with frequent washes. In summary, the Tweed - Chanel fabric is an excellent option for those who want a stiff, resistant fabric with a sophisticated and modern design.
