The Bi-elastic Twill fabric - Lisbon stands out for its composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which makes it elastic and soft to the touch. This twill has a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, making it an ideal option for fashion garments such as trousers, skirts, jeans and dresses. It is also suitable for fashion accessories and for home decoration, such as frames, pictures and cushions.
The printed design features a simple complexity, with a colorful and artistic style reminiscent of a pictorial drawing. In particular, the design attributes include the presence of artistic elements, simple complexity and decorative home style. The design is composed of a variety of multi-colored tones that can be easily combined with plain garments in tones such as white, black, dark blue and pale pink.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that its print is only on one side of the fabric. In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a rough but elastic texture at the same time, which makes it pleasant to the touch. In addition, it has good weight and drape, which facilitates the making of garments and accessories.
Regarding the uses and applications of the fabric, in addition to those already mentioned, its versatility also makes it suitable for making kitchen cloths and napkins, as well as for decorating bedrooms and living rooms by making cushions.
As for care, it is recommended to avoid the use of bleach and not expose the fabric to temperatures above 30ºC during washing. The fabric can be dry cleaned, but trichloroethylene should not be used. Ironing should be at a cool temperature and it is not suitable to tumble dry the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is polyester sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink to the fabric by means of heat and pressure to obtain intense and durable colors. This method also improves the elasticity and softness of the printed fabric.
