The base fabric is a Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 220 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it is designed for use in fashion garments, sportswear, and accessories, being ideal for use in sweatshirts, toiletry bags, backpacks, and tracksuits for men, women, and children. Thanks to its GRS certification, we can ensure that it is a sustainable and recycled fabric. The printing technology used is sublimation, specific for polyester fabrics.
The printed design on the fabric shows standard complexity, with a bright and iridescent style in multicolor tones that give it a very striking and versatile look. Printing is done only on one side of the fabric. The brushed finish provides a soft and pleasant touch when in contact with the skin, which, added to its composition, makes it very comfortable to wear. The printed design is suitable for use in different types of garments, such as sweatshirts, jackets, pants, or backpacks. It combines perfectly with solid colors in white, dark blue, or black tones.
Regarding the care instructions to maintain the quality of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach or iron it. It can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. However, tumble drying at a reduced temperature is allowed.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows the ink to penetrate the fibers of the fabric for a durable result resistant to washing and wear. This printing method is especially suitable for polyester fabrics, thus achieving a high-quality finish on this type of fabric.
