Storm fine water-repellent fabric is a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its printed design stands out for its distorted style in multi-color tones, inspired by a modern art painting. This design can be combined with other solid colors such as white, black, gray, and navy blue.
This fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side only using digital textile printing, meaning the print is only on one side of the fabric.
The fabric has waterproof and water-repellent features, as well as a thin and smooth texture. The printed design has a texture and feel similar to that of the base fabric, which helps create a sense of continuity in the garment.
The fabric is mainly used in fashion, for both men and women, in winter season jackets and raincoats. It is also used in home textiles for shower curtains. Regarding its care, it is recommended to avoid the use of bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. In addition, the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning and cannot be tumble dried. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which allows for high-resolution and quality printing on the fabric. In this process, the design is printed on transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, fusing the pigments of the printed design with the fibers of the polyester base fabric. This ensures high durability and resistance to washing and continuous use of the garment.
