The base fabric is a high-quality cloth, called Paño - Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, which gives it great resistance and durability. It has a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, making it ideal for making outerwear and home decor items. The printed design features a variety of shapes such as circles and polka dots, and presents a modern style, with illustrations and mosaics of multiple colors, perfect for bringing life and color to any project. The design colors are predominantly multicolored, so it combines very well with other plain tones such as black, gray, blue, and red. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its soft and pleasant texture to the touch, which makes it very comfortable to wear. The printed design has great definition and high quality, allowing every detail to stand out and be seen clearly. Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for making coats and trench coats, jackets, blazers, and bomber jackets for men and women. It is also perfect for home decor, such as coasters and altars. In these latter cases, the printed design will bring a modern and colorful touch to these spaces.
It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric to preserve its quality. Bleach is not recommended, nor is dry cleaning. The maximum washing temperature is 40ºC, and it should be ironed at a warm temperature. Additionally, tumble drying is not recommended.
Sublimation printing technology (polyester) is used for the manufacturing of this fabric, which allows for optimal definition and durability of the printed design. This printing process is carried out by stamping at high temperature and pressure, which guarantees a perfect fixation of the design on the fabric.
