The Synthetic Knit Fabric with Spandex - Support stands out for its softness, elasticity, and opaque texture, providing an enveloping tactile experience. The printed design is inspired by Hawaiian culture and nature, featuring a combination of tropical leaves and plants intertwined within a framework of main colors such as cotton white, midnight black, and desert sand pink. Additionally, it could be combined with other solid colors like forest green or mustard yellow.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric and the printed design, its comfort and freshness are notable, thanks to its weight of 237 gr/m2 and its width of 152 cm. The sublimation printing technology on polyester ensures high quality in color reproduction and durability of the print.
This fabric is particularly used in lingerie, such as briefs, bodysuits, and bras, as well as in womens and mens fashion, primarily for making tops and knitwear. It is also very suitable for accessories like scrunchies or hair ties, and for sportswear for women, men, and children.
To maintain its qualities, this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not bleached. It allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, and it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric. Furthermore, it cannot be tumble dried.
As for the printing technology, it is carried out through a sublimation process that consists of transferring the print pigments from paper to fabric using heat and pressure, which ensures a precise and sharp reproduction of the design. It should be noted that the design is printed on only one side of the fabric using digital textile printing, without affecting the quality or softness of the fabric.
