The Lycra Polyester fabric - Nairobi is an elastic fabric, soft to the touch and resistant to chlorine. Its printed design presents a romantic style with heart patterns in celestial blue, cadillac pink and pale lilac purple tones. This single-sided printed fabric, made with digital textile printing, could easily combine with plain colors such as white, black or pink.
The general characteristics of the fabric include a weight of 270 gr/m2, a composition of 82% polyester/18% elastane and a very high UV protection factor. The fabric has diverse applications and uses, among them are lingerie, swimwear in the form of swimsuits or bikinis, and fashion in the form of leotards or sports leggings.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, not to tumble dry it, and to iron it at a cool temperature. In addition, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and it allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which means that the printed design is fixed to the fabric through a heat and pressure transfer process that makes it resistant to wear and fading.
