The fabric we will discuss is the Boston Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric, which has a composition of 100% polyester with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. This fabric has a printed design with attributes such as an inspiration in nature and art, where colors such as pearl pink, light blue, and sun yellow predominate in different shades. This design evokes the image of a radiant and colorful sky. Additionally, this design can be combined with plain colors such as black, white, and gray to create a balanced ensemble. It should be noted that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we can mention that it has a brushed finish that provides greater softness and comfort upon contact with the skin. On the other hand, the printed design is colorful and artistic, inspired by nature and the sky. As for its applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for making sweatshirts, toiletry bags, backpacks, and sports tracksuits for women, men, and children.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important to avoid bleaching and ironing it, as it can affect its quality. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and dry clean it except for trichloroethylene. It is possible to tumble dry it, although at a reduced temperature.
Finally, it is relevant to mention that this fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which consists of printing the design on special paper and then transferring it to the polyester fabric using heat and pressure. This guarantees quality and durability in the design printed on the fabric.
