The Pleated Crepe Chiffon - Bangkok fabric is a chiffon fabric with a translucent visual texture and a pleated finish. Its printed design has a retro style, is colorful, and features a floral nature with artistic flowers. The design is simple and is composed of a multiple color palette. This single-sided digitally printed fabric is made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 90 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm.
The Pleated Crepe Chiffon - Bangkok fabric is a versatile option for a variety of sewing projects, from lingerie and dresses to skirts and blouses. In addition, its pleated finish gives an elegant touch to any garment. This printed fabric would be ideal to combine with plain colors in pastel tones such as pink or light blue, or bright colors such as red or purple for a more striking look.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its translucent texture stands out, which allows light to pass through it softly and elegantly. The printed design, on the other hand, is unique and presents great complexity in the floral details. As for applications and uses, the fabric is ideal for summer garments such as dresses and skirts, as well as for accessories such as scarves and foulards.
It is important to take into account the proper care for this fabric. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to use bleach. The fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at low temperature. In addition, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of the fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves printing the design onto transfer paper using special inks and then transferring the design to the fabric using heat and pressure. The result is a vibrant and durable design that resists washing and wear.
