The fabric in question is the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knit fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which makes it elastic and comfortable to wear. It has a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is suitable for winter clothing, for both women and men, such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, and sweaters, as well as for making napkins for the home. Its printing technology is sublimation (polyester), which ensures that the printed design has a long duration and remains bright and sharp over time.
The design printed on the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon is of simple complexity and is mainly intended for home decoration, such as carpets. The texture of the design is similar to velvet, and its main color palette is multicolored, which makes it very versatile to combine with other plain colors in different garments or decorative elements. The printed design is done on one side by digital textile printing, which ensures that the image is sharp and of high quality.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its soft touch stands out, making it a comfortable option for winter clothing. In addition, the fabric is resistant and durable, which guarantees a long life for garments made with it. As for care, it is recommended not to use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and dry clean except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the sublimation (polyester) printing technology allows the printer ink to turn into vapor and adhere to the fabric, which ensures that the color is impregnated into the fabric fibers and does not disappear with use and washing. Sublimation also allows printing very complex designs with great detail, which adds value to the fabric.
