The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, which has a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Its weight is 220 gr/m2 and the width of the fabric is 150 cm. The printed design is of very simple complexity, with a decorative style and modern art with multicolored feathers as the main color. This design could be combined with plain colors such as white, black, or pale pink to highlight the printed design.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed only on one side. The fabric exhibits general characteristics such as a soft elastic texture and resistance to chlorine. In addition, it presents a very high UV protection factor 50+.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are sportswear for men, women, and children, knitwear, tops, bras, bikini swimwear and swimsuits, lingerie, and scrunchies. This variety of applications can be achieved thanks to the elasticity of the fabric.
It is important to take into account the care that must be taken with the fabric, which are: do not bleach, wash with a maximum temperature of 40ºC, allows dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, cold ironing and avoid tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique consists of transferring the ink from the paper to the fabric by means of heat and pressure, which provides high-definition image quality without affecting the softness or elasticity of the fabric.
