Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The fabric in question is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas made of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its printed design is characterized by being simple and natural, with artistic and abstract flowers in cotton white, desert sand pink, and almond raw tones. This fabric combines perfectly with solid colors in pastel pink, beige, and browns. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the characteristics of the fabric and the printed design, its rough and rigid texture, as well as its opaque visual, stand out. Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is sustainable and is obtained through sublimation printing technology, which guarantees a sharp and durable image.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it is commonly used in the decoration of frames, paintings, cushions, and baskets, as well as in fashion for making pants, accessories, wallets, and backpacks. It is also used for making table runners, placemats, aprons, upholstering sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
Regarding the care of Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It allows dry cleaning with solvents and ironing at a cold temperature. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, a process that occurs through the transfer of ink to the fabric through heat and pressure. This allows the ink to become a gas and adhere to the fabric permanently, ensuring high image quality and durability of the printed design.
