Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2, an elastic and soft-touch fabric with a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. Its printed design features a simple style and modern art representing a hurricane and smoke in multicolour. This design can perfectly combine with solid tones such as black, white, red, and blue.

The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means there is no print on the back of the fabric. The fabric is suitable for a wide variety of uses, such as sportswear, lingerie, knitwear, tops, bikinis, and swimsuits.

Highlighting among the fabrics attributes, the application of polyester lycra with Cairo is perfect for use in sportswear and lingerie such as bodysuits and bras/bralettes, as it offers the necessary elasticity and softness for movement and comfort for people engaging in physical activities. In addition, being chlorine-resistant and with very high UV protection 50+, it is ideal for use in swimsuits.

It is important to note the special care requirements for the fabric, which include not bleaching, not tumble drying, ironing at cool temperature, and using a maximum temperature of 40ºC for washing. This fabric also allows dry cleaning, excluding the use of trichloroethylene.

The printing technology (polyester sublimation) used to produce the printed fabric is a digital sublimation printing process that uses special inks to directly dye the fabric fibers. This process allows for detailed, high-quality, and durable printing on the fabric.
