Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric we use is a Polyester Lycra, also known as Cairo, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a composition of 90% Polyester and 10% Elastane. The printed design consists of a combination of round shapes, including circles and polka dots, in Silk Blue and Cotton White tones. This design would be ideal for sportswear and swimwear, as well as for lingerie and tops. In addition to the main colors, this print combines well with solid tones in blues, whites, and grays.

The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing. Polyester Lycra is known for its elastic texture and soft feel. The finish is chlorine-resistant and has a Very High UV Protection factor of 50+. This fabric is suitable for making sportswear and swimwear, as well as lingerie and tops. The sublimation technology used for printing the design ensures high image quality, vibrant colors, and long-lasting durability.

It is important to follow the care recommendations to maintain the quality and durability of the fabric. It is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, and iron at a cool temperature. Do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring inks using heat and pressure into the fabric so that they integrate into the fibers, providing a high-quality and durable finish over time. With this technique, complex designs can be obtained, with a wide variety of colors and precise details, making it ideal for the production of high-quality garments.
