Cairo Polyester Lycra fabric is an elastic and soft fabric, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features wavy shapes and a vibrant color palette, highlighting dark purple, desert sand brown, and cantaloupe orange. This design is ideal for sportswear, lingerie, or swimwear, and can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, or shades of blue and green.
The fabric is digitally printed with the patterned design on one side and features characteristics such as elasticity and a soft feel. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+. Its applications and uses range from sportswear, lingerie, and swimwear to scrunchies and knitwear.
For its care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. It can be dry cleaned, with the exception of trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process by which the design is printed on paper and transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows for high-quality printing and a wide variety of designs and colors.
