The base fabric is the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and an elastic and breathable texture. The printed design of this fabric features a combination of abstract art and decorative style with undulating shapes in predominant tones of dark purple, desert sand brown, and cantaloupe orange. This design could be combined with solid tones of white, black, or grey to highlight its color palette.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not printed on both sides but only on one. In addition, the fabric is carefully crafted and features a breathable finish and a width of 150 cm, making it a good option for making different types of garments such as hair ties, scrunchies, and sports shirts for women, men, and children.
The general characteristics of this fabric include a soft and comfortable feel, good elasticity to adapt to different body shapes, and excellent sweat absorption and evaporation capacity. Furthermore, thanks to its breathability, it is a perfect fabric for summer or for practicing physical activities in general.
It is important to note that to maintain the properties of this fabric, some instructions must be followed carefully. For example, it is recommended not to wash it with bleach, iron it at low temperatures, and not tumble dry it. In addition, dry cleaning should be avoided to prevent possible damage to the fabric.
Finally, this fabric is produced using sublimation printing technology. This is a process in which the ink is initially printed on sublimation paper, then transferred to the base fabric using a heat press, and finally, the sublimation process is completed with the cooling and fixing of the colors. This printing method is very efficient and allows for vibrant and durable designs.
