Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The Polyester Lycra - Cairo fabric is an elastic fabric with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a composition of 90% Polyester and 10% Elastane. Its printed design is characterized by its simplicity, bright style, decorative vector pattern, and the representation of stone nature in a variety of multicolored hues. This design perfectly combines with plain fabrics in neutral tones such as white and black to create balance.

The fabric is printed with the one-sided stamped design using digital textile printing, and both the fabric and the printed design have exceptional characteristics. The fabrics features include a soft and elastic texture, being also chlorine-resistant and with a high UV protection factor of 50+. On the other hand, the printed design is of high quality, and stands out for its brightness and detail in the vector pattern.

The versatility of the fabric is reflected in the different applications and uses it can be given, including the making of sportswear for the whole family, lingerie and bikinis for women, as well as tops and swimwear for men. In addition, it can also be used in the production of scrunchies.

It is important to note that for the care of this fabric, bleaching should be avoided, and it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C, also being suitable for dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene. Likewise, it should be ironed at a low temperature and avoid the use of a dryer.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is polyester sublimation, which guarantees high-quality and durable printing. In this process, the design is printed on sublimation paper and then transferred to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure, allowing the design pigments to sublimate again and permanently adhere to the fabric.
