The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo is an elastic fabric composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, weighing 220 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features simple shapes of hearts and circles in main shades of dark red, dark orange, and reddish-orange, with a decorative and romantic style. It pairs well with solid colors in red, orange, and white tones.
The fabric is textured with a soft and elastic feel, in addition to being chlorine-resistant and having a UV protection factor of 50+, making it ideal for sports applications, lingerie, swimwear, and tops. Additionally, it can be used for scrunchies, a current hair accessory trend.
It is important to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40°C and iron at a cool temperature. The use of trichloroethylene is not recommended, and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which means the design is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, setting the colors durably and resistantly. This fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, meaning only one side of the fabric is printed with the design.
