The Recycled Lycra fabric is a soft and elastic fabric that has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection of 50+. Its printed design is characterized by being botanical and decorative, with floral elements such as roses and flowers on a multicolor background. In addition, this fabric can be combined with plain colors such as green, pink, turquoise, and white.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design can only be seen on one side of the fabric. It is important to note that the fabric is sustainable and recycled, which makes it a good option for ecological projects.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it can be used to create various accessories such as scrunchies, as well as for sportswear and swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits. It is also ideal for creating fashion swimwear.
It is important to note that this fabric should be treated with care. It is not allowed to bleach it, dry clean it, or tumble dry it. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and iron it at a cool temperature.
Finally, for the manufacture of this fabric, sublimation printing technology (polyester) is used. This process uses a special ink that turns into gas when heated, penetrating the fibers of the fabric and creating a vibrant and durable print.
