The Riga Elastic Knit Crepe is a fabric composed mainly of polyester with a touch of elastane, which gives it an elastic and grainy texture to the touch. The printed design, printed on one side using digital textile printing, features an artistic, modern, and colorful style, with a predominance of multicolor hues, and diagonal shapes and abstract brushstrokes. This design combines very well with solid colors such as black, white, blue, red, and green.
Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric is soft, flexible, and elastic, offering great comfort of use. The printed design has good sharpness and definition, with vibrant and bright tones. The fabric is ideal for making fashion garments for men and women such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear in general.
For proper care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at low temperature and tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, indicating that it is a printing process in which the design is first printed on transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process guarantees high-quality reproduction and durability of the design printed on the fabric.
