Velvetleaf - Dublin

The Velvet Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, which gives it a soft touch and a visual sheen. The printed design of this fabric features abstract brushstrokes in multicolor tones, giving it an artistic and modern look, with diagonal shapes and a complex simplicity that makes it perfect for furniture decoration and modal accessories.

This single-sided fabric, printed using digital textile printing, can be perfectly complemented with solid colors in shades of brown, green, red, or beige to create a balanced chromatic harmony. The fabric is a resistant fabric with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, which makes it suitable for both home and fashion use. The fabric can be used for decoration and upholstery of all types of furniture, for making clothes (pants, overshirts, jackets, blazers, etc.), and for making accessories such as handbags and backpacks.

Among the attributes of the fabric, its softness to the touch and visual sheen stand out, giving it an elegant and modern appearance. Also, its high elasticity and resistance to friction make it durable and easy to work with in the making of garments and fashion accessories.

For the care of this fabric, it is advisable not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron at a cold temperature. The fabric does not allow dry cleaning, but it does allow dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, and it should not be tumble dried to avoid deformation.

The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which guarantees the fixation of colors on the surface of the fabric without the need to use dyes or pigments. This process gives it a high print quality and a long durability of the printed design.
