The Glasgow broadcloth fabric is the base of the printed design we are presenting. This design, with a decorative and artistic style, features very simple complexity and a texture that mimics marble in shades of olive green and frog green. Furthermore, it would be possible to combine it with colors such as beige, black, or grey. This fabric has been printed with the design on one side using sublimation technology (polyester).
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we can highlight its soft feel and its grammage of 380 gr/m2. On the other hand, the printed design presents a great definition of details thanks to the printing technology used. Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those already indicated, it can be used for making upholstery and cushions, for example.
It is important to consider the specific care this fabric requires to maintain its quality and durability. Bleaching and dry cleaning should be avoided, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a warm temperature, and do not use a dryer.
Finally, sublimation printing technology is based on the transfer of vaporized pigments that adhere to the fabric fibers to create the desired design. It is mainly used on polyester fabrics and allows for high resolution and sharpness in the final result.
