Recycled Lycra is a type of lycra fabric with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by being very simple, having an artistic and home decor style, and a marbled texture in olive green and frog green tones. It can be combined with solid colors such as black, white, and military green. The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, is chlorine resistant, and has very high UV protection 50+. On the other hand, the printed design is characterized by its very simple complexity and its marbled texture that creates a unique and elegant visual effect.
Recycled Lycra has versatile applications such as scrunchies, bikinis, and sports or fashion swimsuits. In addition, it is a sustainable fabric as it is recycled and has GRS certification. For its care, it is important to avoid bleaching, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used is sublimation on polyester, which allows for high definition designs and greater durability in the fabric since the ink is fixed in the fiber of the fabric, ensuring that it does not lose color and that it resists the wear and tear of time.
