The Bi-elastic Twill Fabric - Lisbon features a decorative and artistic printed design with a marble texture in predominantly olive green tones, combining with frog green. The design is very simple in terms of complexity. Additionally, the fabric has a rough yet elastic texture, but soft to the touch, thanks to its composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. The base fabric has a weight of 209 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm. The printed fabric is single-sided, printed using polyester sublimation technology.
In terms of its general characteristics, both the fabric and the printed design offer great elasticity and resistance, as well as a soft touch thanks to the elastane it contains. Twill as a type of fabric easily adapts to different patterns and shapes, making it very versatile in terms of its potential applications and uses. This fabric can be used for trousers, dresses, skirts, shorts, as well as in home decor products such as pillows, cushions, and napkins in tones that complement those present in the design.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30° C, do not use bleach, do not tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and it can be dry cleaned except for the use of trichloroethylene, to avoid damaging the condition of the fabric and the quality of the design.
Finally, sublimation printing technology involves a printer printing the design onto transfer paper which is then placed on the fabric. The paper and fabric are subjected to high temperatures (between 200 and 220 °C) which cause the sublimation of the inks and their penetration into the fabric fibers. This sublimation process provides a high-quality and durable finish to the printed design.
