The base fabric is a Glasgow cloth composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design uses sublimation technology on polyester and features a marine animal pattern, highlighting its standard complexity and marine, glossy style. The main colors of the design are midnight black, darkmagenta pink, and dark carnation pink. This design can be combined with other solid colors such as navy blue, white, or grey.
The single-sided printed fabric with this stamped design has a soft texture to the touch. It is ideal for making outerwear such as coats, jackets, and blazers, as well as household items such as coasters and kitchen towels. Its use is especially indicated for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 seasons.
It is important to note that this fabric requires special care. It should not be bleached, and washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning and should be ironed at a warm temperature. Furthermore, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from special paper through heat and pressure. The ink transforms into gas and fixes directly onto the fabric, providing a high-quality and durable print. Thanks to this technology, a result of great sharpness and definition of the stamped design on the fabric is obtained.
