The base fabric is the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, a technical fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 135 gr/m2. Its width of 150 cm and its breathable and elastic finish make it perfect for sports garments such as t-shirts, hair ties, and scrunchies. The printed design on this fabric is of simple complexity and photography style with a wood texture and main colors of Jay Blue and Sonic Silver Grey. For combining, we could use plain colors of white, black, and grey. The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
As for its characteristics, the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh has a soft touch and is very comfortable to wear. The sublimation printing technology on polyester provides excellent definition and color fidelity, delivering a sharp and durable image. In addition, its breathable finish allows for good ventilation to keep the body dry during physical exercise.
The Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh is widely used in sports garments due to its breathability and elasticity characteristics. Furthermore, its high durability makes it ideal for garments that require high performance. It can also be used to make other accessories, such as backpacks, electronic device covers, and gym bags.
It is important to note that the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 60ºC and cannot be tumble dried or dry cleaned. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, avoiding direct exposure of the iron on the design.
Finally, sublimation printing technology on polyester is a printing process in which ink is infused into the fabric, providing greater color fidelity and making the image resistant to fading and wear. This process is carried out through a heating process that causes the ink to turn into vapor and infuse into the fabric, creating a durable and high-quality appearance.
