The fabric in question is Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knit fabric with a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is of simple complexity, with a decorative style and a floral nature, featuring artistic and conventional flowers, along with a kaleidoscope pattern. The main colors are multicolored, allowing it to be combined with a wide variety of solid colors. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only using digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it stands out for having a soft texture, making it ideal for clothing. On the other hand, its printed design adds a touch of elegance and originality to any fashion garment. In addition, its use is not limited solely to fashion, but can also be used in home textiles, such as napkins.
The applications and uses for this type of fabric are very varied. In fashion, it is perfect for knitwear, such as t-shirts, pants, dresses, or sweaters. It is also suitable for tops, for both women and men. As for its use in home textiles, as we mentioned earlier, it is ideal for making napkins.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and not to tumble dry. The maximum washing temperature is 30ºC and it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Likewise, it is recommended to iron it at a cool temperature, to avoid damaging the printed design.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a digital textile printing technique that allows for high-quality designs with intense colors and precise finishes. It is a process in which the ink turns into vapor and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, which guarantees great durability and wash resistance.
