The Amsterdam 100% polyester Satin fabric is an exquisite textile that conveys elegance and softness in each of its threads. Its printed design, in a colorful style with natural elements such as hot air balloons in a lapis lazuli blue and charcoal red sky, is utterly simple. This design can be perfectly combined with plain fabrics in blue, red, white, and black for a more conservative outfit or with bolder colors for a vibrant look. This fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, so we can appreciate its satin texture and softness on the other side.
The brilliant visual texture and the smooth, thin, soft touch of this fabric make it perfect for a wide variety of applications, such as jumpsuits, skirts, shirts, blouses, pants, tops, dresses, pajamas, kimonos, and fashion accessories and scarves for both men and women. Its weight of 120 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm allow for a wide range of designs. Furthermore, this fabric is timeless, also applicable in the Autumn/Winter 2021 seasons. It is important to consider the proper care for this fabric. It should not be bleached, and washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C is recommended. Dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene. Warm ironing and low-temperature tumble drying are recommended. Following these guidelines is important to ensure the fabrics durability over time. The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing technique directly dyes the fabric fibers, penetrating them and generating optimal results. Sublimation allows for high-definition designs that are resistant to wear and fading.
