The fabric we are discussing is the Crepe Knit Elastic - Riga, a type of crepe composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. With a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is designed for use in fashion garments for both women and men, including dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, trousers, cardigans, and knitwear. It is an elastic fabric with a grainy texture that is pleasant to the touch.
The printed design applied to this fabric is both complex and simple, with a gastronomic theme centered on fruits such as raspberries and blackberries. The design is multi-colored, making it perfect for combining with other plain garments in shades of red, purple, black, blue, and dark green. This fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing.
The fabric is elastic, with a pleasant texture and feel thanks to the elastane it contains. The printed design is detailed and has good resolution, thanks to the sublimation printing technology used.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, its elasticity makes it ideal for body-hugging garments, such as dresses and jumpsuits, as well as for knitwear like cardigans and knitted garments. Furthermore, due to its grainy texture, it can be used in garments that require a more sophisticated element.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a cool temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature. It is important not to bleach and to be careful when dry cleaning.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which involves printing the design on transfer paper using special inks and then transferring it to the fabric through a process of heat and pressure. This printing method ensures high resolution and durability of the design.
