The base fabric is a thin water-repellent fabric called Storm. It is a 100% polyester technical fabric with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its care must be rigorous, not admitting dry cleaning, bleaching, or tumble drying, although it does tolerate washing at a maximum of 40ºC and ironing at a low temperature. Its main applications are in fashion, both feminine and masculine, such as in jackets and blousons. In addition, it is ideal for shower curtains at home or for raincoats and sportswear. It is an ideal fabric for different seasons of the year, although it is especially designed for winter thanks to its water repellency.
The print that covers one side of this fabric is cheerful and vibrant, with a multicolored base that presents different shades and nuances. The design is composed of tropical and botanical style elements, in which artistic and floral flowers predominate, achieving a very striking visual effect. The texture of this fabric is very delicate to the touch and smooth, achieving a thin and complex finish. As for combinations with other plain tones, any color that appears in the fabric set can be perfectly combined, although it is important to take into account the dominant colors, which are green and pink.
This fabric is printed with sublimation technology, that is, using special pigment-based ink that changes from a solid to a gaseous state without passing through a liquid state, which makes the result very durable, light-resistant, and does not lose color unlike other printing inks. Thanks to this technique, the printed design adheres perfectly to the fabric, impregnating it uniformly. On the other hand, it is important to note that for the care of this fabric, cold water should be used and the fabric should not be agitated to prevent the print from wearing out.
