Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel fabric is a polyester fabric weighing 420 gr/m2 with a rigid texture to the touch. Its printed design features standard complexity and is characterized by a decorative vector pattern of multi-colored strawberries. This fabric pairs perfectly with solid colors such as black, white, cream, and dark green. It is worth mentioning that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding its characteristics, this fabric is resistant and durable while providing a soft and elegant finish to clothing and home furnishings. On the other hand, its printed design adds a cheerful and fresh touch to any garment or decorative element. It is important to note that the fabric has multiple applications, from clothing items such as jackets, coats, skirts, to accessories like caps and bow ties, as well as for creating cushions for both the living room and bedroom. As for the care the fabric requires, it is important to avoid bleaching and washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is recommended, excluding the use of trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
Finally, it is important to consider the printing technology used on this fabric. Sublimation technology is used on polyester fabric to create vibrant and high-quality prints by transferring ink to the fabric through heat and pressure. This is achieved by inverting the image pattern onto transfer paper and then applying it to the fabric via a heat press. With this printing technology, complex designs of great quality and durability can be obtained.
