The Prada Twill fabric is a 220 gr/m2 twill with 96% polyester and 4% elastane, featuring a soft, thin texture and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is single-sided printed with a simple and folkloric design, notable for its floral and plant nature with petals. The main colors of the print are multicolored. This fabric pairs perfectly with solid colors such as white, black, or dark blue.
The fabric printed with this design has very interesting characteristics. On one hand, the texture and feel are soft and thin against the skin. On the other hand, the designs print brings great elegance to any garment or accessory made with this fabric, thanks to its simplicity and folkloric style with natural elements. Furthermore, the digital textile printing technology used to manufacture the fabric ensures the quality and durability of the design on the garment or accessory.
The Prada Twill fabric is a perfect choice for a wide variety of applications and uses in the world of fashion and tailoring, such as skirts, blouses, dresses, shirts, scarves, among others. Thanks to its printed and elegant nature, it stands out as a great option for making fashion garments, especially in summer, where these characteristics are particularly attractive.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached. The maximum washing temperature should not exceed 30ºC. In addition, the fabric allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. On the other hand, it is important to iron it at a cold temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
Finally, it is important to highlight the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric, which is sublimation (polyester). This process involves applying heat and pressure to transfer paper on which the design is printed, which is then transferred to the fabric through the sublimation of the pigment into the polyester. This process results in excellent definition of the designs details and colors.
