The fabric in question is the Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, a georgette fabric with a weight of 90 gr/m2, composed of 100% polyester and with a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features a simple complexity with an artistic and decorative style, where multicolor is the protagonist. The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing. Additionally, it has pleated finishes that give it a visual touch and a translucent texture that makes it ideal for elegant and feminine garments.
In terms of its general characteristics, the base fabric has a soft and light feel, making it an excellent option for making summer garments such as dresses, skirts, blouses, lingerie, and accessories. Furthermore, its georgette weave provides great fluidity and transparency, making it perfect for creating airy and delicate garments. On the other hand, the printed design adds an artistic and striking touch that makes it ideal for clothing and home decor.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, we find those mentioned above, but it is also an interesting option for making scarves, foulards, and fashion accessories for men and women. Likewise, its lightness makes it ideal for swimwear and sarongs.
Regarding the care instructions, it is important not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. The fabric allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene and should be ironed at a cool temperature, as excessive heat can damage its texture and pleated finish. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, the Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok is printed using sublimation technology on polyester, a technique that allows detailed and highly precise printing on synthetic materials, achieving vibrant and long-lasting colors.
