The Riga Stretch Knit Crepe is a crepe fabric with 94% polyester and 6% elastane, making it stretchy and comfortable to wear. Its weight of 180 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it ideal for garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, trousers, cardigans and knitwear in general. Its printed design is multicoloured and is characterised by being bright, colourful and with photographic stone elements. This design could combine perfectly with plain colours such as yellow, grey, black and white.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a fabric printed on both sides but printed on one side. In addition, the fabric is elastic and has a grainy texture to the touch.
Among the attributes of the fabric, its versatility in applications and uses stands out, being perfect for feminine and masculine garments. The addition of elastane makes it perfect for garments that require a certain elasticity, such as trousers and skirts. On the other hand, the bright and colourful printed design makes this fabric an ideal choice for summer garments.
It is important to note that the Riga Stretch Knit Crepe requires certain care to maintain its quality intact. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cold temperature and tumble dry at a reduced temperature. Additionally, this fabric can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which means that the ink turns into gas and binds to the polyester to create a permanent design on the fabric. This printing process produces a sharp, high-quality image.
