Recycled Lycra fabric is an elastic and soft-to-the-touch fabric, with a weight of 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. This fabric is chlorine resistant and features very high UV protection, factor 50+. The printed design applied to this fabric has a standard complexity, characterized by being decorative and reflecting a landscape nature with trees and a snowy sky, in multi-colored tones. Additionally, this single-sided printed fabric could be combined with some solid colors, such as black, white, green, or dark blue.
The characteristics of this fabric and printed design are ideal for making swimwear such as bikinis or swimsuits, as well as for making scrunchies or sports accessories. Since the fabric does not allow dry cleaning, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and never use bleach or tumble dry, ironing at a low temperature.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, using polyester for the application of the design on one side of the fabric. This technology consists of transferring the design from paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring greater durability of the colors and sharpness of the details over time.
