The base fabric for our printed design is the Jaspeado Jersey Knit - Dubai, a polyester knit fabric with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. This fabric is elastic and has a smooth, mottled texture, combining a translucent visual appearance with a pleasant feel.
On the other hand, the printed design is decorative and represents a landscape with trees and a snowy sky in multicolored tones. This design is of standard complexity, meaning it does not have overly elaborate or detailed elements. Additionally, this design could be combined well with solid colors such as black, white, gray, blue, and green, as its multicolored tones are quite subtle.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design appears sharp and defined on the front surface, while the back retains the appearance and texture of the base fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of this fabric, it is important to highlight that its elasticity makes it ideal for knit garments such as mens and womens t-shirts, so it can be used in fashion in a timeless way. However, care must be taken with delicate fabrics, as it could snag.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is important to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not use chlorine or bleach, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying. Additionally, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the design to be printed directly onto the fabric using heat and pressure so that the pigments integrate into the polyester fibers. This ensures that the design remains sharp and durable over time.
