The Bi-elastic Twill Fabric - Lisbon has a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which provides elasticity and softness to its rough texture. It is a twill fabric with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design features a simple hexagonal vector pattern, with predominant multicolored hues adding vibrancy and freshness to the design. Additionally, it would perfectly combine with solid colors such as white, black, or red. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
Its general characteristics include a rough and elastic texture, making it highly suitable for clothing items such as trousers, skirts, shorts, dresses, and jeans. It is also suitable for making accessories, kitchen towels, cushions, and napkins. Fabric care should be taken into account to avoid deterioration, limiting the maximum washing temperature to 30ºC, avoiding bleach and dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. Additionally, it should be ironed at a low temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a printing technique used on polyester fabrics, which is carried out by applying heat and pressure to the fabric, causing the colors to sublimate directly into the fabric fibers. This provides high precision in designs and great durability in the print. It is an environmentally friendly technique that produces no waste, as the dyes used are water-based.
