The Recycled Microfiber Fabric - Biarritz is a microfiber fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 110 gr/m2. It has a width of 147 cm and is GRS certified, making it sustainable and recycled. This fabric has a printed design with standard complexity, in a botanical and decorative style, with a floral nature that includes artistic flowers, flowers, and wildflowers. The main colors of the design are multicolor, making it easy to combine with various solid colors.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side. The texture and feel of the fabric are thin, stiff, and soft. These three attributes give the fabric great versatility and make it suitable for a wide range of sewing projects.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, fashion, accessories, bags, sportswear, swimwear, Bermuda shorts, wallets, and swimsuits stand out, showing the variety of possibilities this fabric offers. For example, its soft texture and technical characteristics make it ideal for making swimwear. On the other hand, its stiffness and durability make it perfect for making sports bags.
It is important to note that this fabric requires some care for its maintenance. It should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a low temperature. On the other hand, it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process by which a type of ink is heated to a high temperature and fused with the fibers of the fabric. This process allows the ink to adhere uniformly and durably to the fabric, resulting in a high-quality and resistant design.
