The Tromso Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric is a technical polyester fabric weighing 160 gr/m2 with a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features simple botanical details, highlighting floral elements such as roses, artistic, and wild flowers in a vibrant multicolor. This fabric can be combined with solid colors like black, white, gray, and green tones to create a harmonious and stylized result. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
In terms of general characteristics, this fabric boasts water-repellent finishes and even antibacterial properties. The fabrics texture is rough, giving it a robust and resistant feel. Regarding the design, its floral aesthetic conveys a sense of nature and freshness, making it perfect for creating accessories and decorations with a natural and delicate touch.
Among the most common applications and uses for this type of fabric are fashion, accessories, interior and exterior decoration, coin purses, toiletry bags, and tablecloths. Its resistance and waterproof characteristics allow it to be used outdoors, such as for sun loungers and cushions for terraces and gardens. Additionally, the softness of the fabric allows for clothing creations, such as pants and backpacks.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at maximum temperatures of 60ºC. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, and ironing is indicated at a warm temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which consists of integrating the design into the fabric permanently through the application of heat and pressure. This ensures high definition and resolution of the design, as well as great durability over time.
