Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a resistant and durable fabric, made of 100% recycled polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its printed design features a simple complexity of abstract brushstrokes and colorful and decorative drawings, printed on one side using digital textile sublimation technology. This fabric, with a rough and rigid texture and an opaque visual, combines the main colors in a multicolor spectrum and can be mixed with other plain colors to highlight any element in the design.
Regarding its general characteristics, the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a sustainable fabric certified by GRS, which indicates that it has been produced responsibly and respectfully with the environment. The printed design adds an artistic and personalized touch, perfect for decoration and fashion projects, such as cushions, curtains, upholstery, trousers, and bags, among others.
It is important to note that this fabric requires certain care, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and avoiding ironing at high temperatures. Likewise, it allows dry cleaning with solvents and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Digital textile sublimation printing technology is also crucial in the creation of this fabric. It consists of printing the design on a special transfer paper sheet and then transferring it to the fabric using high temperatures, thus ensuring a durable adherence of the ink to the fabric. This process results in a high-quality printed fabric unique to each project made with it.
