The base fabric for this digital textile print is called Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a microfiber fabric with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. It is a sustainable fabric, 100% polyester, and GRS certified, characterized by its soft touch and a thin yet rigid texture. The printed design is described as abstract, with art brushstrokes and a drawn, colorful style. The predominant colors are multi-colored, making it combinable with a wide range of solid colors.
Digital textile printing is done on one side and uses sublimation technology, which allows for a high level of detail and color with high-resolution images.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its soft texture and delicacy, which makes it perfect for making fashion garments, accessories, bags, swimsuits, and shorts. Furthermore, being sustainable, it is a fabric with added value for both the environment and the consumer.
Regarding care instructions, it is important to note that this fabric should not be bleached or tumble dried, and it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature. It can also be dry-cleaned, except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which is carried out using a thermal press that applies heat and pressure to the image printed on special paper, transferring it to the fabric and turning the inks into vapor. In this way, the inks impregnate the fibers of the fabric, which guarantees resistance to fading and a soft finish.
