Cloth - Glasgow

Glasgow Cloth fabric is a broadcloth made of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, used in a wide variety of applications, from altars to coats and blazers. This fabric has a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, and is characterized by its soft touch.

The printed design of this fabric is complex yet artistic and decorative, with floral and plant elements, such as branches and cherry blossoms, combined in grey colors with deep mauve pink and Cadillac pink shades. These colors can be combined with other plain tones, such as white or black, to create an elegant yet subtle contrast. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side only using digital textile printing.

Regarding the general characteristics of both the fabric and the printed design, the quality and durability of the material, as well as the clarity and definition of the printed design, can be highlighted. In addition, the fabric is quite resistant and offers good protection against the cold, making it an ideal fabric for the winter or autumn/winter 2021 season.

Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it is suitable for garments such as jackets or vests, as well as for making kitchen cloths and coasters.

Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and not to dry clean it. In addition, it is advised to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a warm temperature, and avoid tumble drying.

Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows for high printing quality and great fidelity in the reproduction of details and tones.
