The base fabric for this description is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, a type of georgette fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 90 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it is designed to be used especially in the manufacture of lingerie, bridal wear, dresses, skirts, blouses, scarves, and foulards. It stands out for its translucent visual texture and its pleated finish. The printed design presents a standard complexity and a combination of artistic and decorative elements with a main focus on nature with cherry blossoms, branches, and forests as main elements. The predominant colors of the design are bluish-gray, deep mauve pink, and Cadillac pink. This design can perfectly combine with other plain colors, such as white, black, pale pink, or aqua green.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means the design is shown on only one side of the fabric. Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric has a delicate and soft texture to the touch, but at the same time it is resistant and durable. On the other hand, the printed design perfectly matches the delicacy and softness of the fabric, highlighting its transparency and creating a harmonious and elegant visual effect.
Among the applications or uses that can be given to this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, we find the confection of sportswear and swimwear such as sarongs and shorts. Likewise, thanks to its translucent visual texture, it can also be used in the production of decorative products such as curtains or sheer curtains.
It is important to note that the fabric should be cared for with great care, avoiding bleaching and using washes at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It can be dry cleaned, but not with trichloroethylene. It is important to iron it at low temperature and avoid tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of a process of transferring the design to the fabric through heat and pressure, achieving a sharp and durable print with great fidelity in the reproduction of images and colors.
