The base fabric is Polyester Lycra called Nairobi, with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design features a modern art style painting, with standard complexity and a blurred effect in silk blue, night black, and dark forest green colors. It could be combined with plain fabrics in black, blue, or dark green. It is important to mention that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The fabric has an elastic texture and a soft feel. It is chlorine resistant and has a UV protection factor of 50+, which constitutes very high UV protection. In terms of its applications, it is used for lingerie, swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, as well as for sportswear such as tights, leggings, leotards, and general exercise wear. The printing technology for this fabric is sublimation (polyester).
It is important to consider the necessary care to maintain the quality of the fabric, such as not using bleach, washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C, not tumble drying, and ironing at a low temperature. Dry cleaning is possible, except with trichloroethylene.
The fabrics printing technology is sublimation, which involves printing the design on special transfer paper with sublimatic inks that are then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process provides high color quality and durability, as the design is integrated into the molecular structure of the fabric.
