The base fabric is Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, a soft, translucent crepe fabric with a grainy texture and a weight of 82 gr/m2 in a width of 150 cm. This fabric is sustainable thanks to its GRS certification and its 100% recycled polyester composition. It has applications in fashion and lingerie, perfect for making dresses, skirts, blouses, shirts, and accessories such as scarves. The printed design is a botanical style with nature elements, highlighting sunflowers, artistic flowers, and flowers in general, all in multi-color tones. The fabric is printed with the design on one side, using digital textile printing.
Regarding general characteristics, Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros has a soft and delicate feel, ideal for sensitive skin. On the other hand, the printed design features a combination of cheerful and summery colors, which could be perfectly combined with plain fabrics in light tones such as white and pale pink.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, its grainy texture and translucency make it ideal for feminine and distinguished garments such as wedding dresses, lingerie, and evening blouses, as well as for accessories such as scarves.
Regarding its care, it is important not to use products containing chlorine in washing and to maintain a maximum washing temperature of 30 ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning, provided that the use of trichloroethylene is avoided. It is important to avoid tumble drying and to iron it at a cool temperature to avoid damaging the grainy texture.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of transferring inks through a process of heat and pressure that makes them adhere directly to the polyester fibers. This allows for high-quality and long-lasting images that do not fade or lose their intensity with washing and time.
