The base fabric for this description is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, a translucent fabric with a very interesting visual texture thanks to its pleated finish. Additionally, it is made of 100% polyester and weighs 90 gr/m2, making it perfect for summer garments and accessories. The printed design covering this fabric stands out for its artistic simplicity, a drawn style that captures the painting technique, making it very original and unique. The design features a variety of main colors such as multi-color, which can be combined with other plain colors such as white, beige, light blue, or any other that harmonizes with the aesthetic essence of the printed design.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the design is only printed on one of its sides and not on both. In terms of general characteristics, Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok is a delicate and flexible fabric that comfortably adapts to any type of garment or accessory, while the printed design adapts to any dynamic and youthful style.
Given the nature of the fabric, it adapts perfectly to a wide variety of applications and uses, such as lingerie, dresses, skirts, blouses, sarongs, scarves, or handkerchiefs. These uses are expanded thanks to its translucency, which allows designers to use the fabric to create very sophisticated and well-detailed garments and accessories.
Regarding care, it is necessary to follow the recommendations for 100% polyester fabric, such as not bleaching and washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not tumble drying, ironing at a cool temperature, among others.
Finally, regarding printing technology, the fabric is manufactured using sublimation, a technique whose main advantage is the durability of print quality. Sublimation allows the transfer of ink to a carrier to print polyester support sheets. It is one of the most effective and precise methods for printing on fashion fabrics.
